All original content on this Website — including but not limited to blog posts, articles, guides, graphics, logos, tools, templates, and other written materials — is owned by AmbitionCFO, LLC and is protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or modification of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification (“DMCA Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA Notice must include all of the following:

b. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
c. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed, including its URL or location on our Website with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
d. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
e. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
f. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Designated Copyright Agent
Please submit all DMCA Notices to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the uploader of the removal.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or access to it was disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include:
a. Your physical or electronic signature;
b. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location before removal;
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material;
d. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA Notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will process it in accordance with the DMCA and may restore the removed content after the applicable statutory period unless the complaining party seeks a court order.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access rights of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Fair Use
We recognize that the use of copyrighted material may in some cases qualify as “fair use” under 17 U.S.C. § 107. If you believe your use of our content constitutes fair use, you may include this statement in a counter-notification submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent.
