Anti-Spam Policy

AmbitionCFO, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ethical and lawful email and messaging practices. This Anti-Spam Policy describes our compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and other applicable anti-spam regulations governing commercial electronic messages sent by us.
1. Consent-Based Communications Only
We send commercial emails and Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages only to individuals who have given their explicit consent to receive communications from us. Consent is obtained through:
Contact forms and lead capture forms on our Website where you actively opt in to receive communications. Verbal or written consent provided during the course of a business relationship. Legitimate interest, where applicable under law, for existing business contacts in a B2B context.
We do not purchase, rent, or harvest email lists. We do not send unsolicited commercial messages.
2. What We Send
Commercial electronic messages sent by AmbitionCFO, LLC may include:
Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, and service-related updates.
Informational messages: CFO insights, financial strategy articles, blog updates, and industry news.
Promotional messages: Information about our services, events, toolkits, and offerings (only where you have opted in).
3. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance
All commercial emails sent by AmbitionCFO, LLC comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including the following requirements:
a. We clearly and accurately identify ourselves as the sender in all commercial emails;
b. We include our physical mailing address in every commercial email we send;
c. Subject lines are accurate, honest, and not misleading;
d. Commercial messages are identified as advertising where required by law;
e. Every commercial email includes a clear, conspicuous, and functional unsubscribe mechanism;
f. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and within no more than 10 business days of receipt;
g. We do not send messages after an opt-out has been processed.
4. Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
For recipients located in Canada, we comply with CASL, which requires express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages. We maintain records of consent and honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by CASL.
5. How to Unsubscribe
You may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages from us at any time using any of the following methods:
Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of every marketing email we send.
SMS/A2P: Reply “STOP” to any text message we send. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and will not receive further messages.
Direct request: Email us at legal@ambitioncfo.com with a request to be removed from our contact list. Please include the email address or phone number you wish to remove.
We will process your opt-out promptly and within 10 business days. Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional or service-essential messages as permitted by applicable law.
6. No List Sharing or Selling
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your contact information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Contact information is shared only with service providers who assist us in delivering our communications (such as email marketing platforms), under strict contractual data protection obligations.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message from AmbitionCFO, LLC in error, or if you believe someone is fraudulently using our name or brand to send spam, please contact us immediately at legal@ambitioncfo.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
